3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our services are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.


4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If you arrive late to your appointment 10 minutes or more, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and you may still be charged the full amount. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service fee.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of First Class Barbering and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.


6. User Accounts

Payment & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best possible service and respect the time of our clients and barbers, we have established the following Payment and Cancellation Policy. By booking an appointment with First Class Barbering, you agree to the terms below.


1. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid online.
     
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash.
     
  • Some appointments may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
     

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens, but we ask that you respect our time by canceling or rescheduling appointments in advance.


  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service price.
     
  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
     
  • If your card is on file, the fee will be charged automatically. If not, it must be paid before rebooking any future appointments.
